For me this passage is the culmination of the previous two passages: verses 3-10 and 11-14. Therefore, the title, or the cental idea, is: the effect of God's blessing (vv 3-10) and the Manifestation of God's inheritance (vv 11-14) results in an enlightened faith empowered by a purposeful calling. The most profound and comforting idea about all of this is that it is God who accomplishes all of it and secures it for us in eternity.
