Avoid the Teachings of Men

Do not let others judge you regarding the keeping of customs regarding diets and days and do not let others rob your prize by making you fear spiritually inferior. These are teachings of men and only indulge the flesh.

Paul counters this by stating that we are in Christ. He is our head and we grow with the growth He supplies.

It is not clear to me what this relative pronoun is referring to.

Which he, taking his stand and being vainly puffed up by his mind, sees.

I am not sure what this relative pronoun is referring to. The NET seems to refer it to στοιχείων while other translations (NASB, ESV, NIV, ELB, LUT, SCHL) seem to refer it to v21.

I am not sure if it is "these all are" (NET, NASB, ELB, LUT, SCHL) or "these are all" (ESV, NIV)
