inference
Do not let others judge you regarding religious customs regarding diets and days.
Do not let others rob you of the prize that is yours by their bragging about their spiritual experiences.
To give judgement against one as an umpire (βραβεύς), and so, deprive one of the prize, deprive one of one's right.
First class conditional assumed to be true from the author's perspective.
Rhetorical question: You should not live as in the world and submit yourself to decrees, such as,
Christians should not submit to elementary principles of the world since 1) they are mere teaching of men and 2) they are worthless and result in fleshly indulgence.
Both these dangers - being judge on religious customs and having our prize robbed by bragging about spiritual experiences - have the affect of making one feel inadequate, insufficient or inferior. Paul counters this by stating that we are in Christ. He is our head and we grow with the growth He supplies.

Against the Umpires

Εἰ ἀπεθάνετε σὺν Χριστῷ ἀπὸ τῶν στοιχείων τοῦ κόσμου, τί ὡς ζῶντες ἐν κόσμῳ δογματίζεσθε;

It is not clear to me what this relative pronoun is referring to.
Which he, taking his stand and being vainly puffed up by his mind, sees.
I am not sure what this relative pronoun is referring to. The NET seems to refer it to στοιχείων while other translations (NASB, ESV, NIV, ELB, LUT, SCHL) seem to refer it to v21.
I am not sure if it is "these all are" (NET, NASB, ELB, LUT, SCHL) or "these are all" (ESV, NIV)
I have diagrammed this according to the translations in NET, ELB, LUT and SCHL.
