Which he, taking his stand and being vainly puffed up by his mind, sees.
I am not sure what this relative pronoun is referring to. The NET seems to refer it to στοιχείων while other translations (NASB, ESV, NIV, ELB, LUT, SCHL) seem to refer it to v21.
