I am preaching through 1st Peter, and this week I have encountered a question that hopefully someone will be able to help me with. The most difficult thing to do here is clarify the connection between verse 13 and verses 14-16. My thinking at this point is that verses 14-25 contain three ways in which were are to apply verse 13, so at this point I will connect them as "action-manner". Any insight others can offer, though, would be kindly appreciated.

Hi Andrew!

I've been an instructor at Biblearc for a year now, and I'm heading up our new forum, which you've probably read about in an e-mail from last week. I added all the devotional blog posts from the old blog to our current forum, including 4 that you wrote.

I was wondering - would you be able to contribute an occasional post to the forum? This is the first one that I've done, and it is similar to how you and Andy and others did blog posts before: https://forum.biblearc.com/topic/60/romans-1-18-23/2. Or you could ask this question on 1 Peter 1 in the forum - that's one aspect of the Passage Discussions pages that I'm hoping will take off, and one big reason why I wanted to start a forum.

I'm sure you're quite busy already, and I don't want to burden you. But I want to get the forum off the ground, and so I'm contacting the people who wrote for the blog in the past.

God bless!
