What does it actually mean to worship the Lord? Look at your body--everything that is inside of it, that is making you live--that is what you want to worship the Lord. Do not forget that God did lots of stuff that is good for us--benefits. An example. This is about Evangeline, my sister, when she was sick. She almost died when she was in the hospital, but thankfully God saved her life. That was one of the benefits that God did. Because of that, we praise him and thank him for that day.
