Here Paul shows his concern to the Galatians. He initially states that they were running the race well meaning that they were doing well in their understanding and their living out the Gospel but as mentioned in Chapter 1:7 there are some who have infiltrated and tried to teach a new Gospel that of legalism. Paul states that these people are not from God. They are like leaven that leavens the complete dough and they influence the complete company. Paul has confidence in them that they will not turn to any other Gospel or teaching. An improtantpoint that Paul mentiones is that if he is still preaching circumcision then e ought not to be persecuted as that is what the Law demands but since he is being persecuted he is not being persecuted that means that the message he carries is not faith in that las. He also says that the message of the cross is ofensive to the teaching of the Law.
