Therefore, having put away falsehood,
λαλεῖτε ἀλήθειαν ἕκαστος μετὰ τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ,
let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor,

ἐργαζόμενος ταῖς ἰδίαις χερσὶν τὸ ἀγαθόν,
doing honest work with his own hands,
ἵνα ἔχῃ μεταδιδόναι τῷ χρείαν ἔχοντι.
so that he may have something to share with anyone in need.
