Notes**
There are many people who claim to be religious or spiritual today and yet, surprisingly, that spirituality has not changed them. They remain self-focused and undisciplined. This demonstrates that their religion is of no value and they are deceived. However, religion that is precious to God will change us so that we give of ourselves to show God's love to those who cannot repay us and we will keep ourselves under control and not let the desires of the flesh and the world entangle us.
