Main point summary
I wait patiently for God my refuge because the threats of men will last only for a while, therefore I wait for God alone who is my protector and deliverer. Trust Him all the time because people's lives are like a mere breath and the gain from oppression and robbery will not last. God is the ultimate judge who delivers those who trust Him and repays evildoers.

Rhetorical question: You won't threaten man for long.
Murder begins in the heart as seen in verse 4 and Jesus taught in Mat 5:21-22.
