(not sinful but harmful) Lay aside those things that are sinful entanglements 2) Look to the others in the race with you (We exercise more together) Look to those who endured in the past who are surrounding you now. (Their example of finishing should encourage us) 3) Look to Jesus to complete your faith (He will complete the work within you) Look to Jesus because He loves you and suffered for you. 4) Look to the future joy as Jesus showed us by His example (See the future good)
