ground
100% man: He was born, as every human, was part of a lineage historically set, as every person, and was susceptible to the temptations of the flesh (sarx) as all of us.
100% God: He had the power of the Father, as the Son of God should have, had the holiness of the Holy Spirit, as the nature of the Divine should be, and defeated death, as the Creator should be able to.

Main point summary
Paul's identity is defined by who he serves. He starts his presentation saying his name and his condition of servant, while he finishes it with the name and function of the foundation of his life: Jesus Christ, our Lord. Because of this, he is obligated to introduce himself by introducing Jesus Christ, who is totally human and totally God, as the Scriptures promised and the gospel proved, giving purpose to his life. Paul is what Jesus meant him to be.
