Main point summary
Paul calls the Philippians to ‘have the same mind". He explains that being of one mind looks like living a life of self-sacrifice and illustrates this life of self-sacrifice through Christ’s example in the incarnation, cross and exaltation. Paul concludes that we should work out our salvation, embracing God’s work in us according to His good pleasure (and glory).
Philippians 2:1-13
So if there is any encouragement in Christ,
If you have received encouragement in Christ
any comfort from f love,
Or comfort from His love
any g participation in the Spirit,
Or if you are participating in the Holy Spirit
any h affection and sympathy,
Or have any affection or sympathy
i complete my joy
by being j of the same mind,
Be united in mind with one another
having the same love,
That is sharing in one love
being in full accord and of one mind.
and being completely unified
Do nothing from k selfish ambition or l conceit,
By not being motivated by self- centerdness
but in m humility count others more significant than yourselves.
But by humbly considering others before oneself
Let each of you n look not only to his own interests,
Not only caring for ones personal interests
but also to the interests of others.
But caring for others interests
o Have this mind among yourselves,
Share in this mindset
which is yours in Christ Jesus, 1
through Christ
p who, though he was in q the form of God,
Who though He was God
did not count equality with God r a thing to be grasped,
Did not use His divinity for His own advantage (see NASB)
but s emptied himself,
But emptied Himself
by taking the form of a t servant, 1
By taking on the frame of a servant
u being born in the likeness of men.
and being born as a man
And being found in human form,
Furthermore, in human form
he humbled himself
He humbled Himself
by v becoming obedient to the point of death,
By becoming obedient unto death
w even death on a cross.
That is even obedient to death on a cross.
x Therefore y God has z highly exalted him
Therefore God has greatly exalted Jesus
and bestowed on him a the name that is above every name,
and given Him the highest name
so that at the name of Jesus b every knee should bow,
So that every creature should acknowledge His kingship
c in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
Throughout all of creation, God's realm, man's space and Hades
and d every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is e Lord,
and every tongue will confess Jesus is God (YHWH)
to the glory of God the Father.
In order that the Father may be glorified
Therefore, my beloved, f as you have always g obeyed,
Therefore, my beloved, in the manner you have obeyed
so now, not only as in my presence
So now, not only as when you are with me
but much more in my absence,
But also more so in my absence
work out your own salvation with fear and trembling,
Work out your salvation with fear and sobriety
for h it is God who works in you,
Because it is God who works in you
both to will and to work for i his good pleasure.
Who works both His desire and purpose in you for His glory and good pleasure
Being united with one another identifies a community that is being transformed into the image of Christ. Those who are in Christ, who recieve His grace will bear fruits of the character of Christ.
Being of one mind to put others before oneself is not a side requirement of the gospel but the heartbeat of the incarnation, death and exaltation of Christ that He invites us into.
The first explanation (manner) Paul gives regarding being of one mind is sharing in one love. Being of one mind is not primarily a theological matter but a matter of the love we have been brought into.
God is glorified through Christ's divine exaltation. God's glory will also be displayed through working salvation in us. This passage calls us to a life of preferring others like Christ. This is impossible unless God works in us. God will work in us (through the earlier mentioned participation of the Holy Spirit, comfort in love, encouragement in Christ) for His good pleasure. His good pleasure involves His individual, communal and cosmic plan of salvation.
Quotation of: Isaiah 45:23 This passage is a prophecy of YHWH being exalted. Paul is saying Jesus will be exalted as God.

12b-c should be connected to 12d, not to 12a. 12a should be the labelled part of the Cf by itself, because the point it supports starts in 12b. 12b-c would be better as an Explanation of 12d.

Excellent relationship choices in 5-11. You show the structure of the text well in its main divisions, and show that the two Purposes within the Inference are the main point of the section.

Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit,
Since 3a begins a new sentence, and 2a-d are another sentence, they probably won't be divided into 2ab and 2c and following, in the middle of the first sentence.

It would be better to make 2c-d a further part of the Manner that starts in 2b.
