Paul prie que l'amour de Dieu appliqué en Église déborde sur le monde. Telle est la sainteté qui le glorifiera au retour de Christ.

Paul's 2nd prayer Each time he unfolds the mystery, he ends his teaching by praying that God helps us to understand this in a functional way. First prayer: that we understand Second prayer: that we live it together (the only way to understand the deep riches of his grace). Because of the very relational meaning of Grace (forgiving each other as Christ has forgiven our sins). 1. A consequence After the mystery he just unfolded to them (2.11-22), he cannot but humble himself worshipping the Father and praying that we grasp the truth. 2. An attitude Humbling oneself - Worship the right One - Praying for the others What an attitude! Looks like Christ's feelings (Phil 2.5f). 3. Chain reactions First => We need God's strenght within us. We can ask because 1/He is the source + 2/He is good. -- Inner being: every result comes from this God's power in us. See underlined words belonging the "inner" family (within us). Power: the one that comes from God. Seek God. Strengthen our inner being: we need to muscle the heart of our faith, our relationship with God, from whom every strenght we need comes. -- Link faith of the believer/power of God/love of Christ
