and then in that process you find out that you don't have enough resources the construction, so the process takes a halt,

Or what king, going out to encounter another king in war,
Likewise, which king, who wants to go and face another king in battle,
will not t sit down first

and deliberate whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?
and think critically whether he can defeat the other king who has twenty thousand soldiers while he has only ten thosand?
And if not,
And if he realizes that he cannot defeat the other king,
while the other is yet a great way off,
while they are still far away,
he sends a delegation
he sends before him representatives
and asks for terms of peace.
