A congregation of witnesses testifies to the truth and power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the judgement on those who dismiss the most kingly of all gifts to be offered to any human.

Are they not all ministering spirits y sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to z inherit salvation?
οὐχὶ πάντες εἰσὶν λειτουργικὰ πνεύματα εἰς διακονίαν ἀποστελλόμενα διὰ τοὺς μέλλοντας κληρονομεῖν σωτηρίαν;
Angels are fighting/working/serving/ministering so that those who inherit salvation will be victorious.
Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard,
Διὰ τοῦτο δεῖ περισσοτέρως ⸂ προσέχειν ἡμᾶς ⸃ τοῖς ἀκουσθεῖσιν,
Because they are fighting for us, we must fight too.
lest we drift away from it.
μήποτε παραρυῶμεν.

For since a the message declared by angels proved to be reliable,
εἰ γὰρ ὁ δι’ ἀγγέλων λαληθεὶς λόγος ἐγένετο βέβαιος,
Clearly about Jesus, so Luke 2 is one place. And they say God has good will towards those he is pleased.

καὶ πᾶσα παράβασις καὶ παρακοὴ ἔλαβεν ἔνδικον μισθαποδοσίαν,
so what about with those he is not pleased. They are already judged.

πῶς ἡμεῖς ἐκφευξόμεθα τηλικαύτης ἀμελήσαντες σωτηρίας, ἥτις,
That good will means we have salvation through Jesus! But only in Jesus.

What was declared by the Lord?This great salvation!

repent for the kingdom of God is at hand!

I'm tracking dia. The likelihood of dia at the end of a major section with the moving on from angels could mean this therefore is for the bigger arc connecting chapter 1 to chapter 2 (or something like that). or it applies to this idea ending at chapter 1. if that is then case, then perhaps.....Angels are servants who serve with an intent to make us victorious in our salvation. I think this second option is it, so I'm adding Hebrews 1.14. Now let me see....
What did the angels say that proved reliable? Not-Paul clearly expects his audience to know. Because he tells us the conclusion in vs 2b and 3. the two things this message contains is just punishment to the unrepentant and a way to be saved from this punishment. Luke 2 below in green dot.
And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!” When the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.” And they went with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in a manger. (Luke 2:10-16 ESV)
I'm seeing five witnesses here: 1. God the Son in 3b 2. Those who were with him in ministry. 3c 3. God the Father 4a-e 4. God the Spirit 4e That's four. Where is the fifth? The Holy Spirit distributes his gifts to the church. So inferred is... 5. The church of God.
I see a lists of persons who testify to the truth and power of Jesus to truly save you. Also these persons fight for your salvation. So You fight too! by knowing and obeying God through Jesus by means of the Gospel as given power and understanding by the Holy Spirit. intimately. But the list of witnesses includes angels, and the rest of the list is in another dot.
