To conduct one, search for a particular word throughout the Bible to help clarify meaning and make connections to other Scriptures. A concordance makes these searches easy as they list words and where each is used in the Bible. Beyond this you can usually search Bible apps or online texts for instances of where specific words are found throughout the Bible. Study Questions Have you ever experienced persecution because of your faith in Jesus? What can you draw from Christs words in John 15:20 ? What do you think the fiery trials are in 1 Peter 4:12 ? Is persecution a strange thing for a Christian? If you do not experience much persecution, how can you train to prepare for that day?
