And after you have suffered
For How Long?
This little while probably refers to the entire lifetime we each have on earth. as seen in these two verses. But the full end of suffering on earth is not till the Day of Glory i.e. when Christ returns a second time.
1 Peter 1:24 "for “All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls"

2 Cor 4:17 "For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,"
When Will God Restore Us?
the God of all grace,
who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself
Pastor Piper thinks this restoration, confirmation and strengthening will occur when Christ returns. Not in the present ongoing time. This is based on the two cross references below.
1 Cor 15:42-43 "So is it with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable; what is raised is imperishable.
