הַיֹּום הַזֶּה יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ מְצַוְּךָ לַעֲשֹׂות אֶת־הַחֻקִּים הָאֵלֶּה וְאֶת־הַמִּשְׁפָּטִים

This day YHWH your God is commanding you to do these statutes and judgments.

וְשָׁמַרְתָּ

And you shall keep

וְעָשִׂיתָ אֹותָם בְּכָל־לְבָבְךָ וּבְכָל־נַפְשֶׁךָ׃

and do them with all your heart and with all your soul.
