Ephesians 1:1-19

esv
God the Father is and is to be blessed because of his action of election and salvation of his people through his Son Jesus Christ, which is the mystery revealed in the gospel. He did all this unto the praise of his glory.
Because of that, I Paul always thank God for you, and pray that God makes known to you what he has accomplished for you through Christ in the past and what he will finally do in Christ at the consummation.
Even though you were dead in sin, God mercifully made us alive by faith in Christ, not by our own works, all because he loves us and he is full of grace.
Therefore remember that you Gentiles were once without Christ and not a part of God's covenant people, but now you have been made a part of the one new people of God called the Church and are at peace with God and man.
For this reason I, being a prisoner for Christ and thus a preacher of the gospel to the Gentiles who are now a part of God's Church, ask you to not be discouraged over me.
For that reason which I stated in v. 1, I pray that you are strengthened through Christ's Spirit in your hearts so that you know God's great love.
ideaexplanation
Since God has elected and saved us by grace alone into the Church, then let him be glorified in the Church and in Christ forever.
bilateral
Therefore, walk in a worthy manner of being called by God, that is, as a unified body called the Church which has been given many gifts to build itself up to maturity.
Therefore/now, don't walk as the Gentiles do since you heard and learned and received Christ and have thus put off the old man and put on the new man.
negativepositive
As a result , don't grieve the Holy Spirit, namely by using your mouth and actions to evidence corruption, but by living and speaking in ways that evidence your sealing for redemption by the Spirit who dwells in you.
actionresult
Therefore imitate God by walking in Christ-like, self-giving love.
But rather immorality must not even be named among you since those who do that have God's wrath upon them, not his blessing.
Therefore, walk as children of light by discerning what pleases God: in other words, expose the works of darkness so that they become part of the light like you.
Therefore , be careful how you walk: doing so wisely, being filled by the Holy Spirit which results in speaking/singing to each other and giving thanks and submitting to each other in the Church.
An outworking of this filling is that wives should submit to their husbands and husband should love their wives: because the Church and Christ are related in specific ways similar to wives and husbands.
Relatedly , children should obey their parents and slaves should obey their masters.
progression
Lastly , be strong in the Lord by putting on the full armor of God that he has provided for you, all from a stance of prayer, for the purpose of me speaking the gospel boldly.
