Καὶ ὑμᾶς ποτε ὄντας ἀπηλλοτριωμένους καὶ ἐχθροὺς τῇ διανοίᾳ
And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind,
ἐν τοῖς ἔργοις τοῖς πονηροῖς,
that is, doing evil deeds,
