Grammatically, because the proposition starting with ἀκούσας is the "ground" for the inference of κἀγώ...οὐ παύομαι εὐχαριστῶν, I am inclined to take διὰ τοῦτο as an explanation of what FOLLOWS rather than what PRECEDES it. On the other hand, that doesn't rule out that "διὰ τοῦτο" could be referring to what has preceded it. In other words, "On account of what I've just described are our blessings in Christ, AND I HAVING having heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus... have not ceased giving thanks for you." The presence of κἀγώ is a key tip off, as well as its placement. Can κἀγώ be post-positive?

On account of [God's purpose of electing, predestining, and being glorified in humans], and [because I heard] of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love towards all the saints
[ Therefore I] have not ceased giving thanks for you all, making remembrance of you in my prayers,
[The content of my prayers is that] the God of our Lord Jesus, the Father of glory, might give to you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him
[I desire that the Spirit may operate in you by ] having the eyes of your hearts enlightened

[The purpose of my prayer is that you will] know what is the hope of His calling,
[as well as] what are the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints
and what is the immeasurable greatness of His power towards us who believe
according to the working of His great might
which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from death
and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places
far above every ruler and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named,
not only in this age
but also in the age to come
and He has subjected all things under His feet
and has given Him as head over all things in the Church which is His body,
the fullness of the One who fills all in all.
