We've been so blessed through Christ by God in 1.) our election of holiness and blamelessness, 2.) our adoption through Christ, and 3.) our forgiveness of every trespass against God; therefore how can we not bless and praise Him?

e Blessed be f the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ should be praised and declared blessed,
who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing g in the heavenly places,
because He has blessed us every spiritual blessing imaginable [with all that could be imagined to come from heaven!],
h even as he i chose us in him j before the foundation of the world,
[1] by choosing us before the world began,
that we should be k holy and blameless before him.
for the purpose of making us holy and blameless before Him!

[2] by Him choosing us to be adopted as HIS children through Jesus [Don't forget all these blessings all stem from and in Jesus!],

that is we have the forgiveness of our trespasses against God

EVEN AS He chose us to be holy and blameless before Him.
By His love and grace through Jesus He deliberately adopted us, which results in the praise of His grace!
In Christ we are redeemed though His blood.
Because we have been so blessed how can we not bless and praise ?
