Paul desired The Philippians to be confident in the progress they had in the faith and to imitate him and anyone else who lives like the apostolic group because there are those who are enemies of the cross and those who are citizen of heaven who wait for the King.

Ὅσοι οὖν τέλειοι, τοῦτο φρονῶμεν•
Let those of us who are q mature think this way,
καὶ εἴ τι ἑτέρως φρονεῖτε,
and if in anything r you think otherwise,
καὶ τοῦτο ὁ θεὸς ὑμῖν ἀποκαλύψει•

The first thought I had here is how comfortable Paul was with looking to other saints for inspiration in the faith. It also seems likely that he knew we are going to be influenced by people. And we need to be careful who those people are.
