BECAUSE we know that suffering helps us persevere

THEN persevering builds up holiness
and character produces hope ,
THEN holiness assures us that God will keep us till the end

because God’s love i has been poured into our hearts

AND DESPITE the fact that sin cannot be imputed on those whom for which there is no law
Yet death reigned from Adam to Moses,
NEVERTHELESS, death came to all men (including those between Adam and Moses)
even over those whose sinning was not y like the transgression of Adam,

No distinction - love poured into our hearts is the same as the Holy Spirit given to us. God's love manifests itself in our possession of His Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit testifies to us that God loves us.
1) We have peace with God 2) We are filled with joy at the assurance that God will accomplish His purposes 3) We are filled with joy because God seeks to accomplish those purposes through us by the aid of the Holy Spirit.
We rejoice because we have been justified by faith - both in the positive news (peace with God and access into His family) and in the difficult news (our suffering). In everything, we rejoice, because God has saved us.
