Main point summary
Following Christ can be costly, even to the point of losing your life, but in and with Christ, against human reason, understanding and logic, we are marvelously secured, for 1) He will deliver us when we think we are left alone, 2) He will restore us, despite our doubt and sin, when we call upon Him, and 3) He will do and has accomplished what no other man in history could do or accomplish for He is authoritative over all creation.
