Therefore, Timothy, as you have been called, preach the whole word of God understanding that you are preaching to sinners, some of whom will fall away, and some of whom will persecute you, just like how they have persecuted me [Paul]. Learn from my example, endure your calling, because by doing so, you shall receive your reward when Christ returns to judge the world.

AND preach the gospel, spread the good news

IN OTHER WORDS, do what you've been called to.
For u I am already being poured out as a drink offering,
I say this BECAUSE I won't be around much longer to help you
and the time of my v departure has come.

NEVERTHELESS, I remained steadfast
x I have finished the race,
WITH THE RESULT that I have endured my calling
I have kept the faith.
