let us sing to the Lord ;
let us a sing for joy to the Lord ,
SO THAT we may sing to God.

THAT IS, let's make a joyful noise to God our rock-solid refuge and hope of salvation!

In his hand are the depths of the earth;

the heights of the mountains are his also.
The peaks of the mountains are His also.
as well as the highest mountain peaks. Nothing is out of God's control.
The sea is his,

The oceans are his, too,
for k he made it,

BECAUSE he made them,

and he made the dry ground, too. All of earth belongs to God and is under his sovereign control.
Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
Come, let us a worship and bow down,
SO, let's gather and worship God; let's bow before him,
let us l kneel before the Lord , our m Maker!

THAT IS, let's humbly kneel before God who is our Maker/Creator.
For he is our n God,
For He is our God,
BECAUSE he is OUR God (not just a great God v3 but our God)
and we are the people of his o pasture, and the sheep of his hand.
And a we are the people of His 1 b pasture and the sheep of His hand.
and we are the people dwelling in his pasture/field, the sheep under his shepherding care and protection.

So, while it is TODAY, if you will listen to him,
r do not harden your hearts,
