Notes**
Children have the traits of their parents. Christian reflect their Heavenly Father in His nature - by walking in light. Its a self deception to call God your Father while having not the most essential trait in your character, namely holiness. Peter commands Christians to be holy, because God is Holy. Apostle Paul call believers in Ephesus to be imitators of God as dearly loved children. Walking in light creates the atmosphere of unity.
