Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this:
ON THE OTHER HAND real/true religion before God is found in the following...
s to visit t orphans and widows in their affliction,
THAT IS visiting orphans and widows when they're suffering
and u to keep oneself v unstained from the world.
AND keeping yourself unstained from the world

alternative
Unstained from the world seems to refer back to v26 and being deceived that you're religious when you're not. Pursuing something you think is worthy but really only glorifies yourself and not God.

A used car salesman uses many words to try to sell me something that's worthless. That's the image I get when I think of this guy in v26. We can often deceive ourselves into thinking we are something when we're not. It's easy to talk a good talk, but God is interested in those who want to come before Him with one intention...to honor Him. We honor God by keeping our hearts completely fixed on Him and doing things bring glory to Him. That means seeing the afflicted around us and helping them in some way. Not just saying, "Lord, bless you."
