What then? Are we to sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!
Τί οὖν; ἁμαρτήσωμεν, ὅτι οὐκ ἐσμὲν ὑπὸ νόμον ἀλλʼ ὑπὸ χάριν; μὴ γένοιτο.
這卻怎麼樣呢?
[因為 我們]在恩典之下, 不在律法之下,
我們 ... 就可以犯罪嗎?
斷乎不可!
Do you not know that if you present yourselves to anyone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness?
οὐκ οἴδατε ὅτι ᾧ παριστάνετε ἑαυτοὺς δούλους εἰς ὑπακοήν, δοῦλοί ἐστε ᾧ ὑπακούετε, ἤτοι ἁμαρτίας εἰς θάνατον ἢ ὑπακοῆς εἰς δικαιοσύνην;
[你們]豈不曉得
[如果]
你們獻上自己 作[順從的]奴僕,
(順從) [對]誰,
[你們]就作 (誰) [那你們順服者]的奴僕 (嗎?)
或作罪的奴僕,以至於死;
或作順命的奴僕,以致成義 (。) [?]
But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed,
χάρις δὲ τῷ θεῷ ὅτι ἦτε δοῦλοι τῆς ἁμαρτίας ὑπηκούσατε δὲ ἐκ καρδίας εἰς ὃν παρεδόθητε τύπον διδαχῆς,

雖然

你們 ... 現今卻 ... 順服了 ... 道理的 模範 (。)
[你們被交付]
and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.
ἐλευθερωθέντες δὲ ἀπὸ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ἐδουλώθητε τῇ δικαιοσύνῃ.
[且]
你們 (既) ... ... (就) [被]作了義的奴僕。
從罪裏
[被]得了釋放,
I am speaking in human terms, because of your natural limitations. For just as you once presented your members as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness leading to sanctification.
Ἀνθρώπινον λέγω διὰ τὴν ἀσθένειαν τῆς σαρκὸς ὑμῶν. ὥσπερ γὰρ παρεστήσατε τὰ μέλη ὑμῶν δοῦλα τῇ ἀκαθαρσίᾳ καὶ τῇ ἀνομίᾳ εἰς τὴν ἀνομίαν, οὕτως νῦν παραστήσατε τὰ μέλη ὑμῶν δοῦλα τῇ δικαιοσύνῃ εἰς ἁγιασμόν.
因你們肉體的軟弱,就
照人的常話
我 ... ... (對你們) 說。

從前
(作) [as]奴僕,
你們 ... (怎樣將) [獻了] 肢體 (獻給) [to]不潔不法 ... (以至於) [to] [更]不法;
現今
也要照樣 (將)
[你們] [獻] 肢體 (獻給) [to]義 (作) [as]奴僕,以至於成聖。
For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
ὅτε γὰρ δοῦλοι ἦτε τῆς ἁμαρτίας, ἐλεύθεροι ἦτε τῇ δικαιοσύνῃ.
因為
你們 作罪之奴僕的時候,
[關於義]
[你們] 就 [是 自由了] ... (不被義約束了) 。
But what fruit were you getting at that time from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.
τίνα οὖν καρπὸν εἴχετε τότε; ἐφʼ οἷς νῦν ἐπαισχύνεσθε, τὸ γὰρ τέλος ἐκείνων θάνατος.
[但是]
現今 所看為羞恥的
[從] ... 事,
當日
你們 ... ... (有) [獲得] 甚麼果子呢?
[因為]
那些事的結局就是死。
But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life.
νυνὶ δὲ ἐλευθερωθέντες ἀπὸ τῆς ἁμαρτίας δουλωθέντες δὲ τῷ θεῷ ἔχετε τὸν καρπὸν ὑμῶν εἰς ἁγιασμόν, τὸ δὲ τέλος ζωὴν αἰώνιον.
從罪裏
現今,你們既 ... [已經]得了釋放,
[且]
[已經]作了神的奴僕,
[你得的]
(就有成聖的) ... [這]果子, [引致成聖與]那結局,就是永生。
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
τὰ γὰρ ὀψώνια τῆς ἁμαρτίας θάνατος, τὸ δὲ χάρισμα τοῦ θεοῦ ζωὴ αἰώνιος ἐν Χριστῷ Ἰησοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ ἡμῶν.
因為
罪的工價乃是死; (惟有)
[但是]
在我們的主基督耶穌裏,
神的恩賜, ... 乃是永生。

νυνὶ δὲ ἐλευθερωθέντες ἀπὸ τῆς ἁμαρτίας δουλωθέντες δὲ τῷ θεῷ ἔχετε τὸν καρπὸν ὑμῶν εἰς ἁγιασμόν, τὸ δὲ τέλος ζωὴν αἰώνιον.
