Main point summary
Anyone who supposes themselves to be upright, without regarding what he speaks, deceives himself with his own truth and that is not true righteousness, in fact his religion is useless; instead true righteousness is not about expressing ourselves, but instead acting in compassion and living a holy life as God is holy.

If anyone thinks he is religious
If anyone imagines himself as being upright
q and does not bridle his tongue
and he does not control what he says or take into consideration whether what he says is true
but deceives his heart,
the act of not thinking about what is true before he speaks his own version of truth is fooling himself at the core

and u to keep oneself v unstained from the world.
