On my assignment 6 I cannot see the assignment column so I cannot turn it in.
See this answer from a similar question above: It looks like you do not have a special assignment project setup, but rather just a normal project. To create an assignment project, go back to the assignment page of the course and follow the directions there for how to create the given assignment.
How do I make a "Mine" column ?
Click the display options icon (three vertical dots) at one of the top corners of the module window. (It is typically at the top right). You can click the + symbol to add a column or click "add a text." The MINE option will be at the bottom of the pop-up window listing Bible versions available.
Are all of the books and other resources required?
There are no required purchases for the course. The resources page simply provides links to resources referenced throughout the course.
Once you have fully completed the course and received an evaluation, how long will the course remain available for you to return to review and brush up on lessons and materials?
You have indefinite access to the course lessons once enrolled. That is, so long as Biblearc exists, you can come back and review the material.
What is the best way for members of a family to take a class together, if all members want to do the assignments? Should they all simply enroll individually?
Each person needs their own enrollment to be able to receive individual feedback on their assignments.
How do I find instructor feedback?
Instructor feedback is found on the assignment step within the course. You can find this via the Course Outline.
Why can't I take a quiz?
You must be enrolled in the course to utilize the quizzes. You also must be either on or after the quiz step in your course progress.
For the discussion enrollment, what happens during the instructor-led group discussions? Is this via live video, a chatroom, or something else?
The group discussions are hour-long video conference discussions using Google Hangouts. They are recorded and put into the discussion archives. To watch the discussion archives or join a group discussion, click the speech bubbles icon on the top-right of every course page.
Do you have to complete the course in the set number of weeks or is that just a guideline? For example if I signed up for the five week course but took twelve to actually complete it, is that ok?
That is completely fine. The course pace is simply there to serve you to keep on progressing.
Can I reset my progress in the course?
Yes. Go to the settings page and look for this option toward the bottom of the page. (Note: this option is only available when you are behind schedule.)
I would like to restart from the beginning including all assignments. How do I restart the course and have a fresh start?
To reset all your assignments, you would need to unenroll from the course (see the Course settings page) and reenroll. However, understand that doing so will require you pay the enrollment fee once again.
If you would simply like to review old materials (without resetting the assignments), this can always be done by going back to those previous lessons via the Course outline.
I have turned in the first assignment. Can I move on to the next lesson even before I receive feedback on my work?
Yes. Just click the blue “Continue to next part” button at the bottom of the assignment page. (You will be alerted when there is feedback on your assignment.)
How important is it to complete the lessons, assignments, etc. on the scheduled dates?
All dates are just suggestions to help keep you on pace.
Do I have to have a monthly subscription to complete the assignments?
No. All assignment projects (those with the orange Instructions tab) will automatically save all modules, even without The Biblearc Subscription.
How do I turn in my assignments?
With the assignment project open, go to the orange “Instructions” tab. At the bottom of this tab is a button for turning in the assignment.
If I choose to audit, may I later upgrade my enrollment midway through the course?
Of course. If you do so, your spot will be marked back at the beginning of the course and any assignments you have turned in will be returned to you so as to give you a chance to check them before turning them in again for feedback.

What does a proficiency badge look like and how do I know when I earn one?
Proficiency badges are visually based on the sign post of the course they are associated with. After your evaluation attempt is reviewed, you will receive an email telling you whether you have passed or failed. For those who pass a course evaluation, the associated proficiency badge will appear on the about square of their published pages feed and on each of their published pages. It will also appear within the main app menu.
I am unable to check that I have completed specific tasks within a lesson. What should I do?
Check that you are at the place you last left off. The “Mark this step done” button will only appear on your current lesson / step.
I can't figure out how to get started.
Get started by enrolling and then stepping through the lessons. If you are using iOS, you will have to enroll via a desktop or laptop before you can begin.
Can I use this course as a basis for a class at church?
Absolutely. Feel free to have all the students audit the course and then supplement whatever you like with your teaching, or simply utilize specific content from lessons that you find useful. However you would like to do it, you are free to use all materials of our courses (with the exception of assignment videos exclusive to Feedback and Discussion enrollments) so long as it is a local class and not offered online.
How do I print the lesson?

I've completed assignment 1 and turned it in. Afterwards, I upgraded to Feedback enrollment. Now when I return to the assignment in the Projects menu, it is showing as a normal project (no instructions tab). What do I do?
After you turn in an assignment, that project is made a “normal” project so you can do with it what you like. When you upgrade your enrollment, a new assignment project is created for every one you had already turned in so you can make any changes you like before re-turning them in.
In doing the evaluation my keyboard would quit functioning within the box and would not type everything. Has anyone else had this problem?
There is a character limit for each of the answers (indicated above the text boxes). Once this character limit is reached, you are prevented from typing more.
How are times chosen for one-on-one sessions? How are times chosen for discussion groups?
For one-on-one sessions, you are given a link to the instructor's calendar and in this way are able to pick times suitable for you.
Group discussion are scheduled by the instructors at a variety of times. If you have a group of people who would like to request a specific group discussion time, please contact us with your request.
Do students enrolled on the old platform roll over to the new? I am in limbo. Assignment 5 turned in but no comment.
No, they don't. We are very sorry about the delay on your Assignment #5; we try to keep an eye on the old platform while working on the new, but missed your assignment from January. It will be marked ASAP.
